I occasionally see stoats and/or weasels charging around the fields in Norfolk. To be honest its really hard to tell the difference! I'm yet to see a white stoat other than in photos but i was inspired to have a go at this design after watching His Dark Materials on BBC 1. Pantalaimon looked so cute in this form!
As with all my wooden sculptures this Ermine Stoat chainsaw carving has been fully treated with the best quality wood preservatives I can get, to insure it will last for many years outside in your garden.
